I [we] hereby warrant and represent that, in the event I [we] had previously submitted my [our] Investor Package to any other source for application to the “Private Placement, for the procurement of the aforementioned and herein desired “Private Transaction”, that I [we] subsequently have issued the required “Cease and Desist Orders” to that other source, canceling all activities thereto.
