Subject: Концентрация вещества

Подскажите, пожалуйста, как перевести ВЕЩЕСТВО, в данном контексте:
Концентрация веществ, в том числе ЗВ, мг/м3:
диоксид азота,
диоксид серы...
взвешенные вещества
летучие органические соединения, углеводородные компоненты нефти в смеси с воздухом.
Может заодно кто-нибудь знает, что такое ЗВ? Загрязняющие вещества? Можно ли спользовать слово substance?

substance лучше всего подойдет. Насчет ЗВ - надо по контексту смотреть. И/или в Гугле пошарить.

You're most welcome. Substance в данном случае, на мой взгляд, предпочтительнее, т.к. охватывает и "взвешенные частицы".
