Subject: ходотайство об официальном разъяснении пункта В четверг в Конституционный суд РФ поступило ходатайство Верховного суда об официальном разъяснении пункта 5 резолютивной части постановления КС от 2 февраля 1999 года, которое касается вопроса о том, может ли в России с 1 января 2010 года назначаться в качестве наказания смертная казнь.*Можно, конечно перевести как official explanation, но я боюсь те кто в теме будут хихикать.
