7. В пункте 2.2.1. третий абзац изложить в следующей редакции:
«- по уплате процентов за пользование Кредитной линией по ставке:
- 15 (Пятнадцать) процентов годовых до даты заключения Дополнительного соглашения №1;
- 11,5 (Одиннадцать целых пять десятых) процентов годовых с даты заключения Дополнительного соглашения №1,
начисляемых на сумму использованного и непогашенного Основного долга по Кредитной линии, в соответствии с пунктом 6.2. Кредитного соглашения, и подлежащих уплате Заемщиком в соответствии с порядком, изложенным в пункте 6.3. Кредитного соглашения:
- проценты, начисленные по 20.04.2011г. уплачиваются четырьмя равными платежами: 20.04.2011г., 20.07.2011г., 20.10.2011г., 20.01.2012г.;
- проценты, начисляемые с 20.04.2011г. уплачиваются 1 раз в 3 (три) месяца по 20 (двадцатым) числам, начиная с 20.07.2011г.,
в том числе по уплате процентов по ставке, измененной Кредитором в одностороннем порядке в соответствии с условиями Кредитного соглашения пропорционально увеличению ставки рефинансирования Банка России или процентных ставок по операциям прямого РЕПО Банка России сроком на 7 (семь) дней, публикуемых на официальном сайте Банка России в сети Интернет. Новая процентная ставка подлежит применению с даты, указанной в уведомлении, направленном Кредитором Заемщику. Копия уведомления направляется Залогодателю;

7. In Clause 2.2.1 of the Agreement, the third paragraph shall be revised as follows:
“- regarding to payments at the line of credit interest rates:
- Fifteen (15) per cent per annum up to the date of Supplementary Agreement No. 1;
- Eleven point five (11.5) per cent per annum from the date of this Loan Facility Agreement No. 1,
charged on the sum of disbursed and unpaid principal balance of line of credit, pursuant to Clause 6.2 of the Loan Facility Agreement, and payable by Borrower as provided in Clause 6.3 of the Loan Facility Agreement:
- interest accrued until 20 April. 2011 is payable in four equal installments:
20 April. 2011, 20 July. 2011, 20 October. 2011, 20 January. 2009;
- interest accrued after 20 April. 2011 is payable once every three months on the 20th day of the month, beginning with 20 July. 2011,
including repayment of interest at the rate unilaterally changed by the Lender on the terms and pursuant to the conditions set out in the Loan Facility Agreement in proportion to refinancing rate of the Russian Bank or monetary money rate of interest at direct repo of the Bank of Russia for a term of seven (7) days, published on the official website of the Russian Bank on the Internet. The new interest rate, subject to apply from the date specified in the notice, is send by the Lender to the Borrower. A copy of the notice is sent to the Pledgor;
