Our office received your appeal. Here is how we process new appeals:

I) We review your appeal to see if a hearing can be granted. It must meet all the following criteria:
• The Department has taken an action that can be appealed.
• The Department has issued a written notice about the negative action.
• You filed your appeal within 30 calendar days (15 calendar days for tax/debtor offsets, 90 days on food assistance, and 6 months for child and adult abuse assessments) of the written notice.
