Subject: Помогите плиз!!! law 2.3.2. путем привлечения третьих лиц в порядке, предусмотренном настоящим пунктом, для оказания услуг/выполнения работ, расходы по оплате которых предусмотрены разделом Бюджета «Возмещаемые расходы». Юридические и иные действия Исполнителя, направленные на организацию, контроль проведения и сдачу-приемку таких услуг/работ, далее именуются «Агентские услуги».

Что имеется в виду под "юридическими действиями"? |
