имхо как вариант, нужно привязать EBITDA к динамике другого параметра, а не просто отслеживание само по себе. по аналогии "следящий стоп" (trailing stop), который изменяется за ценой. т.е. можно поискать пару "EBITDA - параметр" как в паре "цена стоп - текущая цена" |
