Subject: acted upon is inserted... gen. Имеется вот такое положение из устава компании:These bylaws may be amended, added to, altered or repealed or new bylaws may be adopted, at any regular or special meeting of the shareholders by the affirmative vote of the holders of a majority of the stock present and voting at such meeting provided notice that an amendment is to be considered and acted upon is inserted in the notice or waiver of notice of said meeting. Не совсем понимаю конструкцию, начиная с ...provided notice that an amendment is to be considered and acted upon is inserted in the notice or waiver of notice of said meeting. provided [that] { notice (о чем?) that an amendment is to be considered and acted upon } is inserted (в куда?) in the notice or waiver of notice of said meeting. |

интроъверт +1 * 'provided' here = 'provided that', ie on condition that. |
| "ща по вейверу начнется..." - я думаю, что в данном случае совершенно не обязатеьно писать "отказ от права получать уведомления"... |
