Subjects eligible for the trial will receive:
• Cohort 1: on Day 1 of each cycle docetaxel i.v. Q3W at 75 mg/m2. Each treatment cycle consists of 21 days. Recommended premedication with dexamethasone 8 mg at 12h, 3h, and 1h before infusion, though local hospital standard will be allowed.

Так подходит Преднизон 2 дд непрерывно?

т.е. это не премедикация для доцетаксела, а "самостоятельная терапия".

Как-то раз мне предложили трайл, где было 3 группы: А - исследуемый препарат; В - стандартный препарат и С (контроль) - преднизон.
На недоуменный вопрос, каким боком тут преднизон, был получен потрясающий ответ - "так надо же проводить гормонотерапию в контрольной группе, плацебо нельзя."
