разница: в первом есть слово building, а во втором - charges )), потому на худой конец предлагаю ближе к тексту перевести: аренда здания и арендная плата) |

Could some punctuation be missing from 'Rent building'? Should it perhaps say 'Rent: building' or 'Rent – building', ie the rent for the building? And could 'Rental charges' perhaps be administrative fees of some sort which are linked to the rent but are payable in addition to it? These are just wild guesses, though; I've no idea what the difference is. They could just be imperfect translations into English, in which case it may be best to just translate them literally (see eg Lonely Knight's suggestion), perhaps with the Russian equivalent of '(sic)'/'(as written)' after them. |
