The title's very ambiguous grammatically because of the way the author's put two 'of's and a 'by' in the same sentence: 'Potent inhibition of x of y by z'. So I'll leave it to others who may know more about the subject to work it out.

Failing that, as you don't want to be blamed for mis-translating it, it might be easier to just re-write the title completely and replace it with your own résumé of the article (taken from the Abstract), such as:

" Study of: 1) the effect of ritonavir on the in vitro metabolism of ABT-378; and 2) the effect of ABT-378-ritonavir combinations on CYP-dependent monooxygenase activities in human liver microsomes "

which makes sense now.

то авторы, название и прочие реквизиты
просто переписываются как есть
хорошо что они не на китайском
