нормально можно имхо, как "acquire rights " discount hire purchase = получать скидки при покупке в рассрочку но вся фраза трудней переводится, чтото типа: заключать соглашения на покупку в рассрочку и другие соглашения, а также получать по ним скидки и реализовывать иные права както так имхо |
