Subject: помогите перевести одно предложение gen. Я запутался. Есть предложение "Сайт не открывается". Как будет правильно: "Site does't open" или "Site is't opened"?. Мне кажется что второй вариант, так как сайт не открывается кем? чем? - мной, то есть залог пассивный.

из гуголя You might also see the page loading slowly or not opening at all my google page is not opening but all athor internet pages are working fine. Hi, Youtube page is not opening properly, just a navigation page is opening. |

If it's in the main body of an article/report/a user guide, it would probably be something like: * Anna's 'The website is not responding' or * Erdferkel's 'The website is not opening'. However, if it's (say) an on-screen message, it would probably just say: It all depends on the context -- which only the asker knows. Is he going to tell us what it is...? |

Is he going to tell us what it is...?" johnstephenson, аскер, судя по всему, стремится провести параллели между русской и английской грамматикой и обязательно перевести русский пассивный залог английским же пассивным залогом. Так как параллель в данном случае провести невозможно, вот он и запутался. |

так и залог нисколько не пассивный припоминаю какой-то звон слышал в школе про возвратные глаголы - здесь это и есть |

| А Вы не рассматривали вариант ",,, is closed"? или даже просто без "is". |
