Из контракта:In addition, if COMPANY fails to make payment on any amount properly due hereunder, FLSmidth may, after giving seven (7) days' written notice to COMPANY, suspend Work under this Agreement until payment in full of the undisputed portion of the invoice has been made by COMPANY. |

Я думаю, примерно так - пока компанией не будет произведена оплата неоспариваемой части по счету... Может, кто-то точнее подскажет. |
